Livio Weng

Livio WENG possesses over a decade of extensive experience and deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure and virtual asset exchange operations.

From August 2025 to the present, he serving as the CEO and Executive Director of Sinohope ; from April 2023 to December 2024, he served as COO of HashKey Group and CEO of HashKey Exchange, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, core business operations, and the expansion of the virtual asset trading platform. Prior to this, from November 2018 to April 2021, he was the CEO of Huobi Global, overseeing its strategic development and business growth.
Livio holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Xiamen University. He actively participates in blockchain technology development across multiple major jurisdictions and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the digital asset sector. He has made significant contributions to promoting the compliant development of the blockchain industry in the Asia-Pacific region and globally.
